April’s bridal market was full of some seriously amazing collections. We’ve been itching to bring in a new designer for some time now and are so thrilled to announce who it is! The gorgeous Jim Hjelm Blush collection will have a new home at Everthine this fall. For all the brides looking for romantic and unique gowns with structure and traditional touches, this gorgeous collection is for you! Now designed by Haley Paige, the Blush collection is whimsical, glamorous, and FUN just like our brides:)

Boutique: Sample Sale Know How

Sunday, May 5th is our incredible Sample Sale from 10am – 5pm, by appointment only. If you are one of our lucky ladies that snatched up one of these coveted appointments, read on for some insight on how to navigate a sample sale and how to make the most out of your appointment.

1. If you have never tried on dresses before, a sample sale might not be for you. These dresses are priced to sell, so knowing what looks good and what you’re looking for is extremely important. Once they are gone, there is no way to get them back or order them!

2. Our samples range from size 6 – 12′s. If you are very tall or out of this size range, book a regular bridal appointment. This way we can make special arrangements with our designers to accommodate your measurements properly. If you are SMALLER then a 6, this is OK! These gowns can easily be taken in and down to your correct measurement without any issues.

3. If you are a bride on a budget, have a tight deadline, and are looking for the deal of the century, then this sale is for you.

ADVICE:
You will need to be able to make a quick decision on “the” gown. We cannot hold gowns and it will most likely sell the second you let it go. Bring your closest friend who knows your personal style best (that may be your mom or BFF) who can help you say YAY or NAY quickly.

PRICING:
Sample Sale gowns are PRICED TO SELL. Some are marked down to even 80% off. MANY of our gowns are in tip top condition and look brand new. We do have some that have some wear and tear and have priced these accordingly. We realize that purchasing your wedding gown is a difficult and stressful decision, this is why our sample sale prices should let you breathe a sigh of relief!

GOWN CLEANING:
As we said above, almost all of our sample gowns are in incredible condition! However, we do have a few that could you some TLC. Dont let this sway your decision! We can easily arrange to have the gown of your dreams professionally cleaned and made to look brand spankin’ new.

Bridal Market Recap Spring 2014

The collections at the Spring 2014 bridal market were incredible. We left feeling so inspired and eager to bring in new designs and new collections! From tons of tulle to lots of lace, next season’s bridal is moving in a very romantic direction. We definitely saw a touch of tradition from many designers, but with unexpected and quirky surprises. Stay tuned and keep a close eye out in the next week or so as we will be announcing who the newest designer at Everthine will be!

These off the shoulder gowns were such a nice surprise. Surprisingly sexy for somewhat of a traditional style! These beauties were screaming romance and we loved every second of it.

The bridal keyhole back is definitely not new to bridal. But this season, designers took it to a new level. It was such an unexpected surprise to see these gorgeous details once the models turned around.

Lace backs were HUGE! Not just any old lace though. Beautiful intricate lace that featured bead work, swiss dot, and chantilly. Last season we saw a ton of beaded backs, and this year were moving in a more delicate direction.

Tulle. Lots and lots of tulle! But dont be scared. It was tulle done right! From beautiful ball gowns to simple silhouettes, tulle was incorporated into many of the gowns we saw and we LOVED it.
