The Wharf at the Madison Beach Hotel is a common celebration spot for #realeverthinebrides!  Enjoy their waterfront views and a local inspired menu.

 

R.J. Cafe & Bistro is tucked in the back of the town bookseller.  Enjoy a coffee and a fresh bakery treat  or a full salad or sandwich.

 

For a true shoreline experience pop on over to the casual Lenny & Joe’s Fishtale for all the delicious seafood options.  Perfect for the summer, enjoy a quintessential lobster roll or bowl of chowder at one of their outdoor picnic tables. 

 

Coming for a morning or early afternoon appointment and brunch is your meal?  Most residents would direct you to Cristy’s Madison - their pancakes are a local treasure!

 

Tasty tacos your thing?  Right across the street from Everthine celebrate saying yes with a margarita at Commomango. 

 

Have a sweet tooth?  What is better than a celebratory ice cream sunday!  Try Ashley’s Ice Cream right on main street!  They use only natural and fresh ingredients and whipped cream is made fresh daily!

 

For a special dinner option (opens at 4pm) try Bar Bouchee.  Try fantastic homestyle French comfort food in this intimate neighborhood bistro.

Visit Willow & Birch across the street from Everthine for curated and elegant finds!  Love what you see - they even have a bridal registry available!


Pop over to our friends at Folklore!  Pick up a bouquet or shop their fun, contemporary selection of clothes, jewelry or gifts.

 

Looking for cool, easy, New England vibes - make sure to visit Homeward Collective!  This shop has an amazing selection of seasonal clothing and home decor. 

 

R.J. Julia Booksellers is the most quaint independent book store around.  So adorable that it has been featured in Hallmark movies!  If you love to read, they have the most knowledgeable staff and an amazing selection.  If you are not a reader, they have some lovely gifts and a sweet attached coffee shop!


Looking for a unique gift?  J.Horton is known for their uncommon approach to the shopping experience.  This thoughtfully curated shop is a mix of fashion, home decor and lifestyle goods that you wouldn’t find anywhere else!

 

Deux Bisous pronounced duh bee-zoo, meaning ‘two kisses’ is a sweet shop right around the corner where you can shop hand crafted and small batch goods.  Grab a few pieces for your home or a fantastic gift that will tell a story and feel Anthro inspired!

Check out Chamard Winery in our neighboring town of Clinton.  Enjoy their gorgeous grounds with a glass of local wine in hand or try their delicious French inspired menu for an elevated lunch or dinner.


What is the shoreline without a trip to the beach!  Hammonassett State Beach is a quick drive (or borrow our beach cruisers!) from the shop.  Free admission for CT registered vehicles, there is not only a beautiful beach to comb, but tons of amazing trails, a nature center, picnic areas and even camping!
