Bridal Sales Assistant

Schedule: Friday - Saturday + occasional Sundays

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Part-Time Bridal Sales Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional service to our brides. This role will support our management and senior stylists in various daily operations, with a key focus on hosting joyous bridal pick-up appointments.

 

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in bridal fashion.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and occasional Sundays.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting management and senior stylists during appointments and with tasks such as inventory management, appointment scheduling, and maintaining the boutique's appearance.
  • Hosting bridal pick-up appointments, creating a memorable and celebratory experience for brides as they receive their gowns.
  • Guiding brides in selecting accessories and veils to complement their wedding dress.
  • Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with brides and their entourages.
